The prices are good here and the quality is even better. Everyone here is also very kind and they never mess up your order like bagel boss does. They have a good variety of everything too

DEFINITELY THE BEST BAGEL SHOP IN NEW YORK STATE AND I’D SAY IN THE WORLD. I LOVE THE EGG EVERYTHING ONE. I’D RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BE SENT TO HEAVEN AND BACK BY A BAGEL. HONESTLY, THEY’RE ALL GREAT.

I ordered bagels and lox off DoorDash with the description stating it includes tomato, onion, caper, cream cheese. When I receive my order it has only smoked salmon on a bagel. I call to let them know and they told me there is nothing they can do and that DoorDash didn’t show them on there end that it came with the extra items. As a local who shops here all the time, I will never go back. You can’t accommodate capers and onions when your marketing is wrong on your end after I spent $65 on my order?

I’ve had multiple instances when I just order a buttered bagel and there’s almost no butter. Basically they scrape it off. For $6 for a plain coffee and buttered bagel I should have butter on my bagel. And again this has happened multiple times. After living in Center Moriches for decades I will never go here again.

It’s always a pleasure to eat here. The atmosphere is excellent. The employees are friendly, quick, and efficient. The wait times are minimal. This is how a bagel shop should be operated. As busy as they get, I still don’t have to wait very long at all. Food, customer service, and atmosphere are all in A+.
