Mikado Sushi Hibachi Restaurant

the decorations are beautiful and the sushi is fresh and flavorful. there’s a wide variety of options to choose from, easily the best sushi i’ve ever had. the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. (photos shown are from takeout, everything was packaged well and still tasted amazing!!)

It's a family style restaurant. Food is amazing. Atmosphere is good, very accommodating. And plenty of food to eat. Search for kids to have a birthday or even adults for birthday. Desserts are great. Oil su.You can't go wrong.This will be your go to spot. Reservations are not required, but I would urge you to make one otherwise you're gonna wait.There's always a crowd.

Greeted upon arrival. Sat within 2 minutes. We went on a Saturday around noon. Pretty empty not many people for Hibachi. They have lunch special daily from 11-3pm great reasonable prices and good amount of food. The server was accurate and our cook was great. The food was so good I didn’t take a picture. We will definitely be back. My friends from Brooklyn enjoy the hibachi thanks see you soon.

I have visited Mikado a few times with my brother. The space is very dark but it’s a nice feel, I didn’t visit the restroom so my review is based on dinner. We visited on Sunday April 6 around 4:30pm. The waitress was just okay, not veey talkative or friendly but the food was great! We shared beef negimaki as appetizer, my brother ordered some sushi rolls and I got the steak teriyaki entree which was plenty to take home for husband. Overall, it’s a great spot and works well for a nice space for conversation and a dark atmosphere I just wish it was a bit more welcoming. We also asked for dessert and the waitress was rambling items and seemed bothered? Perhaps it was a long day but it felt odd. I hope next time it’s just more lively. ⭐️

Never again, 3rd time there. The service has never been great but last night my 9 year old wanted to go. So we did, walked inside waited 20 minutes nobody greeted us. Not even an acknowledgement that we were there. The server walked right by us and not a word. Several people working only 3 tables were been used so it wasn't crazy busy. Maybe they saw that we were hispanic an didn’t care for our money. Walked out drove to Tonys up the road. Had an amazing dinner there. Everybody was nice we were seated withing seconds. People do your self a favor and dont waste your time at mikado. Horrible, horrible service.
