YA!!SUSHI

Make reservations as it’s a very small restaurant. Sushi was the best I’ve ever had. I read all the reviews before I came and I found it really hard to believe that so many people gave it five stars and said it was the best they ever had. I’m sorry, but I have to agree with everybody. It was the best sushi I ever had. It was so fresh. We got miso soup and three different rolls : shrimp tempura roll , aloha tuna with avocado roll and the sunset roll which had a lemon slice. I didn’t know if I would like the lemon or not, but I absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this restaurant . We will definitely eat here again. Came back and had dragon roll, sunset roll and aloha roll. All was very good. Came back for a third time within 2 weeks. Had miso soup, aloha roll , shrimp tempura roll, rain

My new favorite sushi spot in Honolulu! Super fresh, authentic Japanese sushi with premium high quality fish. I loved the raw options and the butterfish was a unique, rare and delicious option. Customer service was amazing too, very friendly sushi chefs and servers. I only wish they offered some wine or sake.

One of the absolute BEST sushi restaurants we have EVER been to! We sat at the bar and got to see our food prepared in front of us. We ordered directly with our chef and he prepared our food just for us. The fish was very fresh, and portions were perfect for the price. Flavors were outstanding. The staff was friendly and attentive with fast service. 10/10 highly recommend.

Decided to try a new spot in Waikiki, YA!! SUSHI (@yasushibv) and wow, what a find. Their original location is in Downtown Honolulu, but this Waikiki spot has only been open for 8 months and is absolutely worth a visit. Incredible value for truly exquisite fish quality. We ordered the Ahi All Day platter (Tuna Sashimi 5pc, Tuna Nigiri 4pc, Spicy Tuna Roll), 4 pieces of Toro (caught off the coast of Spain), and the A5 Wagyu Volcano (A5 Wagyu fried rice topped with spicy tuna and a poached egg). Everything was perfection. This was honestly the best toro I’ve ever had — melt-in-your-mouth soft with just a touch of wasabi and gold flakes. No firmness, no stringiness… literally the toro I dream of every time I order it. Service was great and the staff was super attentive. It’s a small spot,

Small restaurant but exceptional flavors and quality. Greatly enjoyed the Omakase as well as the Sunset roll. Out of 6+ highly rated sushi restaurants in Waikiki, this has been our favorite.
