Amazing healthy choice!🥰 We got two beef shawarmas with garlic fries and man, this is really healthy and nice choice! It’s tasty and like if my mom cooked for me a homemade food❤️🥰 Garlic fries is another level, because fresh garlic kills bad cholesterol, so I’m really thankful for their idea to add it along with herbs 🤩

Absolutely delicious Greek food. We got the Super Gyro, regular gyro, beef shawarma and zucchini fries. Everything was absolutely delicious and we will be back next time we're on this side of the island and wanting some delicious Greek food for pretty fair prices.

I recently dined at Yamas Mediterranean Cuisine, and it turned out to be a pleasant and satisfying Mediterranean dining experience on the Windward side of Oahu. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels casual and welcoming, making it an easy place to enjoy a comfortable meal without the formality of fine dining. We found Yamas on Google Maps after leaving the Kaneohe Bay Marine Corps Base airshow. With so few Mediterranean restaurants on the island, we were excited to try something new on the windward side—especially with a 4.5-star average. It’s a casual, self-service setup, but unfortunately the food didn’t live up to the rating. The hummus was so thick it could hold up a retaining wall, and both gyros were under-seasoned. The bread also lacked the freshness and flavor we’ve enjoyed at other Mediterranean spots on the island. A dash more seasoning and a softer hummus, and this place could move from “laying bricks” to “breaking bread.”

My sister brought me here for dinner and I had the Greek Salad it was so delicious I added shrimp to it and it was even better. I wish I ordered the zucchini sticks. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a delicious meal.
