Winnie Mochi Donut

I have been a loyal customer of this location for about a year now, and I typically have a great experience. The service is usually excellent, and I genuinely enjoy both the food and drinks. Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had an unpleasant experience. The first instance involved an order mistake that I only noticed after arriving home and opening the bag, which required me to drive back to the store. However, I understood the situation, as I was informed that the employee involved was new. Today, March 1, 2026, I placed a DoorDash order instead of visiting in person. I ordered my usual items, but I noticed that the DoorDash platform does not allow customers to include special instructions. The only adjustment I wanted was to add hot Cheetos to my potato mozzarella corn dog. Si

Everything I tried was actually so good. The Korean hotdog was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and it had so much flavor. The strawberry lemonade was really refreshing and not too sweet, which I liked. And the Dubai chocolate donut… omg it was so rich and chocolatey, definitely one of the best donuts I’ve had. Everything tasted fresh and I would 100% get it again.

everything was so bland nothing had flavor not the drinks the corn dogs or the donuts. the korean boneless fried chicken was good but ive had better. the service communication was sooo bad the girl expected me to know everything even though it was my first time there. i wouldn’t recommend going here try some place else

It was pricey, and the wait was long, however, it's was 100% worth the wait. Honey Dew Milk Tea with Tapioca Pearl, Winnie's Special Lemonade with lychee jelly, fruit pebble mochi donut, and chocolate mochi donut was absolutely amazing. The Tapioca is some of the best Tapioca I have had (coming from a Tapioca lover). I definitely would come back. I just wish I wasn't almost done with my first drink by the time I got the other one.

I had them once before today and they were good. My order was messed up multiple times. I ordered two passion fruit lemonade and got two plain lemonades. This is after I pointed out there were no passion fruit seeds in them. (Which they have been in my previous lemonades.) They remade it and some how it was flavorless. Extremely disappointed because I traveled 35 mins for this. I tried to chalk up the 15-20 min wait to order and the issue to them being what seemed short staffed but still not getting it right after remaking it... idk
