Nonno Alby's Brick-oven Pizza

We’ve come to this restaurant now twice and both times we left completely satisfied. The best stuff they’ve got here are the pizzas, but they’ve got really nice appetizers and one of the people we came with this time got a smash burger that was apparently delicious. Our server Lilly was kind and attentive. We look forward to coming back to Nonno’s every time we’re in town. The pizza toppings are just so good and fresh.

This place become one of my top favorite Italian restaurants. Their Bianca pizza is amazing as well as their Nonno Albys flavored wings. The only thing that could be better is the attention to service, I say this because nearly every time I dine in it could be just the two of us, walk in and wait looking around for an employee who doesn't just zoom past us without acknowledging us. Usually the waiting time is several minutes before finally being asked "how many?" Other than that, the atmosphere is nice and the food is really good.

The Margarita pizza is yummy, its mozzarella from is buffalo milk, and its tomato sauce has a real taste without the sweetness that's typical in a pizza sauce... a good thing in my view, since that means perhaps they don't add any sugar to the sauce! I'm seeking and reviewing the best authentically local businesses in every geography, for Localverse (from Bethlehem, PA). Now adding Nonno Alby's Brick-oven pizza to the list!

OMG, This is the place to go for authentic pizza, it was so good! The Truffle Fries and Blue Cheese Wings were absolutely incredible as well, Our server was amazing and provided above and beyond service! Tip them well, they are excellent

The Pizza was good crust could have been done a little bit more for it being a wood fired oven. Drinks were good nice atmosphere
