Wingstop

We went in Super Bowl Sunday. As you can expect, it was a mad house with customers. All the cooks in the back were busting their tails to get food out as quickly as they could. There were three ladies up front dealing with customers and getting food called out for pick up. The girl with the glasses really took charge and was very professional and sweet although stressed. The other two ladies looked a little lost and just let the other girl do most of the hard work. The food came out PERFECT and delicious!

The manager, Aaron, as well as his crew were very kind. They were fast getting the orders out, and even checked on me a little after! The food was also very delicious and really set the standard of what Wingstop is supposed to be like! I will be coming here again!

Honestly it’s great wings, perfectly made to however seen fit. The staff is super accommodating to modifications and always carry a smile that seems to reflect on the food and other customers. I’ve gone here a lot and the food is always hot and fresh!

I dropped in to do a test purchase and evaluate the quality of food and service. The food was delivered within a reasonable time - and it was hot & delicious. I was very pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of BBQ sauce on the chicken. One suggestion: For to-go orders, please remember to include some napkins. For the owner/manager: Please instruct your staff to NOT twirl a broom (like a baton) in the dining area, or near the check-out counter, where food is delivered. a) It is just gross. b) Dust, dirt, etc (whatever was picked-up from the floor) - could be flying all over the place. c) Not a good look d) Health Inspectors will likely frown on that.

Store was completely dead, I still waited 28 minutes for our food. All we got was two 10count orders. Why does that take almost 30 min to prepare? My wings were also super dry and barely like warm. Fry’s were all burned to.
