Wings Over Chapel Hill

What a wonderful experience. I enjoyed every bite. The wings had plenty of flavor and the customer service was fantastic. I love it. This is an A plus place.

This location has greatly improved over the past year or so. It's a lot more than just a remodel. The manager Wayne, and the entire crew he has put together treat every order with care and come across in an incredibly professional manner. Can't say enough good things about the growth of this store.

On Super Bowl Sunday, I ordered 50 wings. When I picked them up, I went home and opened the bags. There were no wings, just fries and ranch dressing. I went back to complain about the order, but they were already cold. We didn't eat them. I asked for a refund, but they said no, only an apology. I live in Mebane and had to drive over 40 minutes round trip to receive terrible service and no refund. I don't need the money, but I think the terrible service they offered was Bad. I don't recommend this place; bad service and customer service.

If I could give 10 stars for service, I would. During the busiest wing day of the year (Super Bowl Sunday) I ordered 100 wings for a group and only received 50. Went back after realizing this and got the other 50. However, because of that, someone from Wings Over called and asked if they could make up for it and provide our group with wings another night. We just received those wings tonight and we couldn't be happier. They did not have to do this and I really want to recognize just how far above and beyond that was. They could have very easily let it be, but they decided to go the extra mile and I can't thank them enough for that. Shout out to Myah and Hailey for being great employees.

I saw the instagram page and put this on my todo list and I finally made it & I was not disappointed! I will be back I’m sure in this same week !
