The place for sustainable seafood all the time and sushi grade fish (on Thursdays). In a totally unimposing and humble abode. So to be fair I’m biased because I’ve been going here for over a decade and I know everything/everyone here. REMEMBER: cash or check only! No credit cards. Delectable salmon and tuna and shrimp and scallops. Everything else can be quite variable, it’s all good quality but depends what they get in from the ocean. :) Included pics of sushi made with their fish. Run by smart accommodating people who really know their material. You’re going to look at my other reviews and think I’m nuts because of how simple and rustic this place is, but I promise you it’s good.

It’s a wonderful local shop specializing in fresh NC seafood. My husband doesn’t like seafood unless it is very very fresh. He always loves what we buy here.

This place is lit 🔥 I’m from the beach and when I moved here I missed fresh wild caught fish and shrimp so bad. I finally found this place!!! It’s so old school. They are well priced and very knowledgeable. If u want some fresh delicious seafood - check em out!!! Lastly, shoutout to the young guy who works there... reddish hair if I recall ... very helpful always! Thank u!

Who would love to see this location accept credit and debit? I would pay the fee if they accepted credit and debit honestly they have the best selection of fresh seafood in the area pricey but worth it but I never have enough cash on me to get everything I want

Fresh fish and staff are extremely helpful. They often carry things I haven’t heard of and the person behind the counter is always able to suggest cooking tips and pairings.
