Wow! The croissant was amazing AND the coffee was good!! This is an amazing combo! Great atmosphere. Very clean. Very helpful. Definitely a 5 star review. Parking is a bit tough but there's a huge patio and plenty of seating inside.

Even Dough Bakery made the most delicious and adorable chocolate cake for our 2 year old’s birthday! The design was stunning and the flavor was just as amazing. Everyone raved about it! The team was also kind, responsive and professional throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for something special that tastes as good as it looks! Adding to my original review as Even Dough Bakery just recently did my daughter’s cakes and cupcakes. I added the candle and toppers myself, but the cakes were absolute perfection on their own. The buttercream is the best I’ve ever had — so smooth, flavorful, and not overly sweet. Our guests were raving about every bite! This was my first time getting a gourmet cake for my daughters 21st birthday. I ended up disappointed. The cake was beautiful, & perfect on the outside. It looked exactly like the reference picture we gave, & had all the details we wanted. As for the taste of the cake, & how the icing tasted was not good. The buttercream icing tasted like nothing, & was very thick. It’s just mostly icing, with barely any cake. It was dry, sponge-like & we left it out as directed for 4-5 hours. We were disappointed by the taste, expecting a beautiful cake to taste soft, fluffy & moist. It was very firm, icing had the consistency of butter, & the entire cake had barely any flavor. I paid a lot for this cake & i was highly disappointed.

I always order custom cakes from Even Dough - for both adults and children. The cakes always look and taste amazing, and they work with both props and fondant to make the vision happen! For my daughter's 2 year old birthday, I asked for bunnies on a boat, bus, and plane. The moment my daughter saw the cake, she grabbed all the vehicles and immediately started playing with them. My husband and I especially got a kick out of the bunny they incorporated as the bus driver. Thank you soooo much!

Some very yummy pastries, a nice overall ambience, and friendly employees for the most part (one lady, doing the coffee, seems visibly annoyed the 3 times I went in). The coffee needs some work, but I know the café is pretty new - need to dial in the pulls (was way too acidic) and tighten up the milk frothing. Asking another local shop that does this well for some training would be a good long term investment. Overall - a good find and I’m sure things will get better as the work out the kinks! If you’re nearby it’s a solid stop, but I wouldn’t travel 20+ minutes again for it at this stage.
