Pelican's SnoBalls

I have not had a snow cone in years so Pelicans surprised me! My memory of them were semi-dense small ice chunks, syrups with the artificial aftertaste, and either pure syrup or pure ice at the bottom. Pelicans was none of that! The ice was really surprisingly fluffy and they have tons of great flavor options. I ordered tigers blood (mostly coconutty) and mango and it was perfect for summer.

As a Maryland native, I appreciate a good snowball. This place has such a great variety that we've been back many times and it never gets old. The friendly staff take great care in crafting each snowball - moreso than any Maryland snowball stand I've been to. And I love that they repurposed an old bank to sell snowballs!

Lots of flavors! Yum. Kids love it. Games to play as well.

Kid friendly, fun and awesome staff. I’ve routinely seen them refill kids cups when they spill them by accident without charging. Just a super place fun for the family - or an adult on a hot day. According to my 5 year old the best part is “the rainbows!” (Snow flavors).

Amazing service, I have been trying to complete the flavor challenge where you need to order every flavor on the menu. Every time I go the workers there are very nice and positive, that is one of the big reasons I always look forward to going. There has never been a bad flavor that I have bought and I have tried 50 of them. I would highly recommend going here and it is one of the highlights of my day every time I go.
