Wings 21 Kettering

I stopped by Wings 21 and ordered the fried chicken salad with buffalo sauce and ranch on the side, along with a side of fries, and everything was really good. The chicken was fresh and crispy, the salad was well put together, and the sauces paired perfectly. The fries were hot and seasoned just right. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the service was impressively fast, especially considering how busy it was. Even with the crowd, orders were moving quickly and everything came out fresh. Overall, great food, great service, and a solid experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Horrible service. Came here to conduct an uber pickup and delivery, asked to use the restroom and the rude front desk person told me that the restroom is for paying customers only. I’m doing uber and the food isn’t even ready and I can’t use the restroom. Asked to speak to the manager and they refused me to speak to the manager and told me he “would say the same thing.” Asked for the lady name and she refused so took a picture for reference for her manager that I’m unable to speak to is able to speak to her. Horrible customer service and rude. Human decency goes a long way !!!! Mind you had to wait 10 min for the food to be ready. Definitely have prejudice vibes. Do better!!

First time ordering from here and they gave me the smallest wings I’ve ever seen in my life. They are not even regular sized wings.Legit I’m so pissed, spent $20 for nothing. Never going back there

They have the rudest cashier I have ever experienced. Wings are cool , but they continue to mess up food and don’t want to correct the issue. This makes you never want to return again.

I work around largo I come here for the lemonade and ice tea I usually mix! Fast lunch bite, I get the honey lemon pepper wings they do charge for extra dipping and they will not let you use bathroom if u don’t buy someth changi g my review thw guy saya on the phone thwy have no honey lemon pepper wbat i always get and took 40 min gwt my wrong order
