Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

There aren't many Golden Coral Buffets left in the south, but up north near Springdale, MD you will find one that is managed and operated by Hispanics. The food looks appealing and tastes excellent. The service is good and it is busy!!! This is the place to go if you need to feed your family good, nutritional food for a great price!

The manager and our waitress were amazing. Maggie or waitress made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end. The food was amazing and they kept food well stocked and hand sanitizer available. The only issue with the location was it was extremely crowded and the staff was unable to keep up with clearing and cleaning off tables.

I enjoyed the fresh cooked steak directly off the grill; it was nice and hot and tender. They could use another cook at the grill station; I waited 15 minutes to get a small slice of ham at the carving station, the to ask for a well done steak. The other dishes were regular buffet style food. It was good.

Went here for a "Men's Fellowship" with some guys from my church. The food was better than I expected. The waitress was sweet. The atmosphere was surprisingly pleasant also. (So unexpected for Largo/Landover, Md) We enjoyed our food and fellowship here, though.

I’ll start by saying I grew up on Golden Corral and was always excited about the variety as a kid. As I got older, though, it felt like the food quality dipped, so I wasn’t rushing back. These days I usually prefer their breakfast, but my friend and I decided to roll the dice on Saturday lunch, bracing ourselves 😂. Turns out, the food is still pretty good! I honestly enjoyed everything I got. Special shoutout to the fried fish, green beans, and of course, those dinner rolls 🙌🏾. Only downside: there was a not-so-great smell near the dessert bar and drink station, which threw things off a bit. All in all, though, I left satisfied and might just be back before the year’s out!
