Largo-Kettering Branch Library, PGCMLS

A nice branch of the PG county library. The staff is very helpful and will get you the resources you need. There are quiet places for study, computers, and books and other materials to check out. The DVD selection here is pretty good. The passport office is also here. Overall this a good resource for us to have as a community.

What a great location. I was able to host my 1st sound bath event there. Using their room reservation service. Everyone was so helpful even when I came yo view the space the day before. It was the perfect quiet and clean location to host my event. Thanks so much to the staff!

Terrible customer service from the gentleman at the desk collecting information for passport services. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. When working as a civil servant your salary is paid by the community you serve. If you dislike your community and your job enough to be so disrespectful while at work, please quit and find a new one.

I had a passport service appointment on June 17 at 3pm. The lady at the information counter (with short hair and wearing a white Juneteenth shirt) was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I had showed her the list of documents that US Department of State said was acceptable, and I had all of it but she still rejected my application and was very rude about it. She offered no help. Ma’am, if you are having a bad day, do not take it out on me. You already had a frown on your face before I got to your desk.
