Taco Bell

Never Again I had to return to this store after making my first order only to get to my destination just to find out that my order was not correct. So I returned to the store Requesting that daycorrect my order. They assumingly correct my order. Well, I get home, and the photo shows you what I opened up my taco to find, a poorly made, but paid for taco. anytime you can count the number of diced tomatoes, you know that this taco has been poorly made.

Be prepared for kiosks to order from and 1 human working behind the counter. AI and machine are taking over fast food jobs and these corporations are letting them! I order a few menu items. The Cantina Chicken Bowl was on point and so was the Crunchwrap Supreme quesadilla. 💕 these! These are the only faves I actually love on the menu and are worthwhile. There was like 2 small black specks in my drink. So I poured half of it out 😤😮‍💨! Such a waste of money. The taste was bland as an icy. I'm glad it was a limited run because I wouldn't buy it again...

I went to the Taco Bell in Largo Town Center. I ordered food from the drive thru. When I got home I noticed that I didn't receive the food that I ordered and I didn't get any sauce, even though I was asked what type of sauce I wanted. I bought the food back to the inside of the store. There wasn't anyone working the front, and the employees that were in the back didn't acknowledge my presence. The young man working the drive through was polite but the rest of the staff needs to be taught better customer service. If you see a person standing at the counter, the proper thing to say is "Hello, can I help you?"

We ordered at the kiosk and sat down for no less than 30 minutes waiting around for our food. We didn't get anything astronomical just a chalupa in a couple of soft tacos and they lux box. We saw two people come through and get their orders but it wasn't until we got up and asked about it that we found out our food was just sitting there with nobody handing it out whatsoever. After getting grilled on whether or not we paid because apparently it was too hard for them to look up their own receipts in their own system did we finally get our food. No apology no explanation no nothing. There was only one other family in the lobby and all you can hear were people laughing and playing around in the back definitely nothing that sounded anywhere near close to working that's for sure.
