Rachelle was so easy to work with. I called and we discussed wants and needs. Mi have multiple family members are celiac and we required a gluten free cake for my son’s wedding. The bride wanted a strawberry cake that didn’t taste artificial. All questions I asked about her protocol for keeping the cake totally gluten free. And safe for all those of us with celiac diseas she answered all questions to my satisfaction. The cake was amazing it was beautiful and tasted so good. No one knew it was gluten free. It fed a lot of people that attended the wedding. It was strawberry cake with a lemon curd filling and strawberry cream cheese filling and buttercream frosting it was so good many went back for a second slice. I have also had gluten free bread from whole hearted bakery which is amazing.
The best cookies, cakes, frostings I have ever had!
Always a hit! That first bite, oh-wow moment.
