Dutch Bros Coffee

Don’t get me started but I go here every night before my overnight, and when I order my drink or my snack Im greeted with such pleasing customer service by the store team. I feel welcomed and comfortable. I’d personally like to mention Alexa as she is constantly going out of her way to help me with any issues on the app, to helping me order my drink the way I want if something is missing or unavailable. As someone who used to work in customer service, Dutch bros is very professional and out going.

Hands down the best Dutch Bros we've thus experienced. Excellent customer service! Shout out to Starr & Jalen who are especially excellent! Any service industry could learn something about mastering the customer experience from them! :)

I've to this location 3 times and the 3 times I've gotten watered down drinks. They all taste like blended water mind you I'veordered differentd drinks and they all taste the same. This 3rd time they had to remake my drink three times, the third time they blended it manually and that's how it had a little flavor. The machine they use for the freeze drinks tastes like water with tvat fridge flavor its nasty. Will not be going there again. All the other Dutch I been to have been good but this one.

I’ve been to this new dutch a few times and I enjoy my drinks every time of course, it’s dutch! But I wanted to say I enjoy getting greeted by Gracie. She’s on top of her game every time with good conversation, love my experience even more!

This Dutch is my absolute fav location! I will literally drive out of my way just to come here because everyone is truly so friendly and personable! Shelby is a sweetheart and always makes my day! Never had a bad experience here and will forever be a loyal customer! ❤️
