San Tan Valley Library

Since moving from Kentucky, I come to this library every day. There are so many books that children would enjoy, and the various summer programs—like art, writing, and animal experiences—make it impossible for kids not to love the library. My child had a wonderful time at today’s animal encounter program and also really enjoys the weekly art classes. To participate in the library's Summer Reading Challenge, my child now reads many books every day. The programs at this library are truly beneficial for children and greatly help build good reading habits. The library staff are very friendly and kind.

What a cute and quaint library!!! I was a bit nervous rolling up and the sheriffs department is literally 5 feet away. I thought the map was taking me to the wrong place but it’s the first building not the second. It is a bit small yet this library packs a punch! Not only are there plenty of computers to utilize there are tons of open seating to where you can enjoy quite working, reading, creating spaces. There is a small knock for the children's corner, as well as a game station. There are a few bathrooms with door locks as well. The staff are friendly and kind. When I walked in I was greeted with a happy hello and it felt nice especially after the location pulling into it experience it was nice to feel some relief. Great staff. Polite and knowledgeable. A small library, but seems to have all you need .

First the library is very small. And whatever the grey haired lady’s name is, is always incredibly rude!!! Acts like she hates her job, is always bothered by kids. I’ve complimented her before and she just rolls her eyes like I’m there to ruin the place or something. My kids are always very respectful and she goes out of her way to be rude!! We’re considering paying a fee to go to a different library just to not be around her!

This library is amazing very clean, cute decorations and extremely helpful and kind staff! Becca specifically showed me how to use the printers explained all the fun activities and library events. Even though Queen Creek is a lot closer to our house, we’re not in the correct county and I will come to this library and make the drive since Queen creek was rude and not welcoming especially when they found out we were not in Maricopa. San Tan your the best!!
