White Lace Inn

My girlfriend and I are local to the Green Bay area and were looking to book a Valentine's Day "Staycation" somewhere closeby and were just enamored with the White Lace Inn! We stayed in the Washburn House. You can tell that the smallest details were paid attention to, and that there was a level of care taken in the upkeep around the facility you don't find many places these days. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the servers and staff were friendly and warm. You're also so closeby 3rd street, which is great for shopping, food, and drink. Highly recommend!

The White Lace Inn is a lovely facility in downtown Sturgeon Bay. You are three blocks from the main downtown shopping and restaurant street, so a convenient location.||As you can tell from the pictures, this is a charming 19th century-themed inn. I heard they have 18 rooms spread over four different buildings. We were in the Garden Inn which dated from 1880. Our room was nicely decorated with antiques and other touches with some of the furniture dating from the 19th century. Everything was clean. The neighborhood is quiet, and we were far enough from the street to not hear any traffic. My husband and I spent 3 nights in the Washburn house room a. We found the room delightful - very clean and spacious with lots of charm while also providing all the modern amenities. The property was great and the breakfasts were amazing. The staff we encountered was very warm and friendly and provided us with suggestions for places to check out as we explored Door County. We would definitely recommend and will be back!

Lovely B&B. Very conveniently located a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. The farmers market on Saturday in Sturgeon Bay is fabulous and we are so glad we were there to experience it. We love everything about the property and the house. We sat outside at the fire pit a few nights so hubby could smoke his cigar. The breakfast were a little light for my husband as he is a 3 egg, meat and veggie guy for breakfast. We ended up eating lunch instead of dinner every day because he was hungry. (We only eat two meals a day.)|Marsha and Kim were delightful inn keepers who served our breakfast everyday.

The owners were very kind. I appreciated them making vegetarian food for me. I will say our bathroom was a bit dirty from the prior people. The bed was comfy though and it was very quiet.
