White Castle

Went to this location last night. Asked for the 20 sliders meal which included 4 orders of French fries. Got to the window and was only given the 20 sliders and not the French fries. When I inquired about the French fries that were suppose to come with the meal the cashier stated that I only asked for a "clutch box" I don't eat white castles that much so I wouldn't even know WTH a clutch is coming from there lead alone ask for one lol. So then I ask well sense I am at the window now can I order the fries that I was suppose to get with my 20 slider meal. The cashier said that I would need to pull around the building to get back in line and order at the intercom. I was done at that point. This was poor customer service and to top it all off the the sliders were soggy. Yeah I won't be coming

I live in Texas but I'm from The Lou so Everytime I visit I have to have White Castle's this location did not disappoint. Great service on a snow day. Smiles and all reciprocated. My cheese fries and sliders were exactly how I expected. The frozen ones in Texas can't compare to the real deal! I do recommend and would return next visit.

I frequent this White Castle once or twice a month for a fairly large lunch order. The ladies that work the lunch shift during the week are always accommodating and take care of my order in a promptly manner. I always express my appreciation and feel they deserve a shout out for their customer service!

There are too many young kids there that don't listen and are very rude. They act like they have no home training at all. They are disrespectful and totally without a clue of what working is and what respect is. The

I had to come up here 3 times today because my food was made incorrectly. Instead of the manager on duty comping my order, she decided to charge me $1.53 for the cheese they forgot on my burgers twice! The manager on duty refused to give me my money back which was almost $20 and refused to give me her name. This experience was very unfortunate for so many reasons. As a business owner and GOOD HUMAN BEING I would’ve never been nasty to someone when the restaurant was at fault not once , twice but three times ! It’s a clear sign to STOP GOING TO THIS LOCATION if these are the type of people in management positions. I am disgusted at her behavior.
