FUFU N' SAUCE

Amazing Nigerian place that satisfied my craving! I ordered the oxtail stew with fufu and last minute added the beignets recommended by the staff. Did not disappoint! The portions were good for me! The place is super comfy for waiting. The food... I was licking my fingers at the end. Will definitely be back to try the egusi when I'm back in town!

Delicious. Tonight was our first time, but absolutely will not be our last. We got the fried plantains, black eye peas with fufu, and the pepper goat stew. I could eat that goat stew everyday and be happy, I think. They also let you try anything on the menu first, which was nice!

Fufu N' Sauce is an absolute gem. I’ve been eating egusi and fufu for years, and this is hands-down some of the best I’ve had in St. Louis. The egusi is rich, deeply seasoned, and comforting in that soul-satisfying way you hope for but don’t always find—perfectly paired with smooth, pillowy fufu. You can taste the care and authenticity in every bite. And don’t skip the hibiscus drink: it’s vibrant, refreshing, and beautifully balanced with just a hint of ginger that elevates the whole experience. If you’re craving real, well-executed African cuisine, this spot delivers every time. The employee who helped me was nice as well. 🌶️✨

The oxtail is melting tender, go very well with fufu, must order. The beef stew is very good as well, but I am not sure is it suppose to be taste more spices ot no. 20-20 chicken wings taste a bit dry and no flavor. My friends said it was grilled before not fried.

I've had FUFU n' Sauce before and have never left disappointed. This time was no different. I'm so happy to now know that they have a brick and mortar. Congrats!! Things to keep in mind that location parking is limited so be aware if you are in need of close parking in case of physical disabilities. The space inside is decorated uniquely and it feels very personal which is something I truly appreciated. There is not much seat space inside but LISTEN the food i tried today was soooo flavorful. I had the jollof and beef stew, plantains, and surprisingly my favorite thing was the BLACK EYED PEAS! YUMMMM! Wishing continued success to FUFU n' Sauce as they embark on their new physical space.
