White Castle

I have ordered sliders with the jalapeno cheese from here a few times, and each time my receipt says add pickled. They never put the pickles. I finally checked before leaving, and told a young dark skin lady. I got my bag back, and realized I never got my fries either. She looked at my receipt, bagged my fries, and threw the bag on the counter. This was on 01/15. My sister in law then noticed the cashier didn’t ring up her sliders with no onions, so those had to be remade. They do nothing but mess up orders and have attitudes in there.

The staff was very polite. That is about the only good thing about our experience. The burgers were dried out and room temperature. The fries were overdone, dark color and cold. My husband asked for no onions (I know 🙄) on only his burgers, so my burgers also had no onions, and I wanted them. The staff graciously agreed to make more fries when my husband asked. The restaurant was filthy. The floor looked like it had never been mopped. Even the door, upon leaving, had dirt, dried ketchup and dried up onions on it.

The gentleman with the curly hair seemed to be here alone and the food took a little bit to come out but man was it fresh and worth the extra mabie 2 minutes quick service for low staff (late) asked for a chocolate shake and the man hooked me up 10 star review 1 hour before they closed too. Was at silver cross all day and it was a great experience

Location is always scummy inside. Employees could spend more time making orders on time and accurately versus joking about women in the drivethru in front of customers. Pre-ordered online and still had to wait 15 minutes in store after requested time. Manager gave us extra drinks for our wait. Get our order home and find our order was incorrect. Do better White castle, or train your people better...

How did i just come in and see a worker on break eating and right after came to kitchen area put coat on then gloves. Is sanitation not done at this location, need to wash hands when returning to cook. That is gross and should be common sense. Ridiculous
