Whataburger

Never happened to me in my life, usually the chicken is cooked throughly and this time its not. My chicken looks very light crusted and its rae on the inside…..tried calling the store also and i got no answer from them. Very disappointed.

The food is amazing, and I like their service overall! But his picante It had a hole in it. I’d recommend they always check their condiments, as it leaked most of its contents out.

I have had remarkable quality whataburger meals at various other locations. This location rarely hits the mark. Even through chronic disappointment, I was looking forward to my lunch. Today was a big swing and miss.. WHERE IS THE MEAT!? Shameful..

Ordered at 4:48am this morning and my daughter took a bite out of this breakfast burger. Come on guys. An egg should not be hard to crack.

I'm NOT one that complains about food from restaurants, especially since I've been in the service industry myself, but THIS!!! This is an outrage!!!! All food was cold like it was precooked and ready for rush, and just LOOK at my pitiful burger. This place has had excellent food before.. what on earth happened? **EDIT** I forgot to include the fries, you can just TELL they're cold from looking at the picture. Properly cooked fries have a golden brown look. These obviously lack that beautiful color. I DID, however, find some burnt bits that were probably from a prior rush, meaning the fryer wasn't properly cleaned/prepped. Also, I called to complain, and of course they don't answer their phone.
