This is the worst curbside in the company. Always getting things wrong and sending home bad product. Today they decided I wanted moldy cheese. Really wish Kroger would step into this town.
Been so disappointed lately with curbside. The last 3 orders have had the wrong products! Usually I don't complain, but y'all are messing with my homemade Mac and cheese! Get it together, read carefully!
We placed her first order for curbside pick up last week and it was the best decision we have ever made! Ordered over $300 worth of groceries and it was so simple to pick them up… You pull into the slot, send a text with your slot number, and within five minutes someone comes out and load everything into your car… We love it because we have a kid that always wants to throw things in the cart so it’s great for the budget plus you don’t get sucked in to impulse buys! Wonderful service and highly recommended!
I always have a great experience here. The other day I came through the self-checkout and I was having a hard time. Thankfully there was a young lady named Dill who was there to help. She made the whole thing goes smoothly! Excellent customer service and with a smile 😃
Really love this HEB!! Great, fresh products!! All the staff is very friendly too. Curbside is easy and pretty quick!! ❤️❤️
