The staff was great. The service from the woman who took our drive thru order and made my Dad’s shake was phenomenal. I explained to her that my Dad was older and sometimes shakes are made too thick and she gave us a thicker straw and added extra cream to his shake to make it more drinkable for him. Thank you! The pretzel and corn dogs also hit the spot!
If I could leave no stars I would. Waited 20 minutes without anyone taking my order. The second another car pulled up next to me, they immediately took his order while I was still sitting there ignored. As I was backing out to leave, then they finally tried to take my order. Completely unacceptable service and a total waste of time. Terrible service. Won’t be coming back.
I ordered a burger with tomato, lettuce, extra ketchup, extra mayonnaise, and they sent me this - a burger with the same name and just cheese and ketchup 🤨::: Where's what's missing? This is my first time ordering, I'm not going to deny that the flavor is delicious, but please, you should prepare the order properly since I placed my order with DoorDash and I won't be able to return it. 🤌🏻
Girl repeated the order multiple times and STILL got it wrong asked for the burger plain and dry with cheese it had EVERYTHING in it asked for a small blast got this giant thing🤦🏻♀️
Decent service but they took my order and even after repeating still got my order wrong and said they couldn’t put a specialty drink on a combo even when I saw it could on the app and I ordered a triple bacon smasher and got no bacon
