Wendy's

This placed looked absolutely beautiful for the Holiday Season. We quickly saw it two weeks ago and had to come back again and check out all the decorations. Loved the Christmas village and my kids really loved looking at everything. Staff was helpful, everything was fresh too. Excellent Wendy's location!

I can't really judge the atmosphere because I don't really go inside, but I will tell you the drive-through consistently only has one lane open when there's actually two lanes and the only window that is typically open is the second drive up window. The Edison location on route one is far superior and they have their procedures on point. This location always messes up my food and so I would suggest that you definitely check it before you leave and I've actually even had baked potatoes with sour cream in my order and asked the person at the window did they put sour cream in my bag and he literally looked at me and said it was there and thankfully I checked my bag before I went home because the sour cream was completely missing so I was lied to in my face. Good location. Food and beverage quality is consistent with Wendy’s promise. Service is usually good as well. The atmosphere fell short on my most recent visit. Feedback The store was too cold to sit in, perhaps this is more of a drive thru location. It would be nice if they added decaf coffee to the menu, perhaps it is not a big seller.

Out of all the other Wendys, this location has thee worst chicken tenders ever! They are so tough and so dry. They barely rip apart. They taste like they been sitting in the warmer for 20 hours just waiting to be served. I tried them from here twice and both times. Horrible! Wasted my money! 😒

Oh man where do I start, I’ve been coming to this wendy’s for 30 plus years and I haven’t encountered a better Manger than that nice caucasian guy that used to work there back then the place used to be amazing. I had some nice conversations with him he’s about 5,5 red face and green eyes I don’t know where he went but after he left the place has just gon downhill. Wendy’s needs to find a new Manger ASAP.
