Dunkin, you call this a grilled cheese? Soft bread and cheese that tastes like plastic, put together by using a person who’s doesn’t differentiate this with factory work. I get what you’ve done for maximizing profits but this isn’t even food!

This lady at the Dunkin’ Donuts at ShopRite doesn’t know what she is doing! I’m not sure who hired her but she clearly doesn’t understand anything we asked her to do for us. She insisted on giving us ice in our refresher after we asked her MULTIPLE times we didn’t want ice in our drink. She is RUDE & unprofessional. DONT TELL ME HOW I WANT MY DRINK. Please don’t order from here if you want quality service . I rather spend my money where I get good service.💯👍🏼

Worst dunkin ever (i never order here but i recommend any other location lol). Lady was unprofessional and rude. Google says closes at 8 but it was 4:30 and had an attitude while making our drinks telling us “i’m closing right now”. I asked her to next time let me know instead of being mad at everyone, god forbid ppl start ordering things while all the lights are still on and you have things out still on display. She was slamming stuff while doing our order and someone lined up behind us and she never told them anything.
