Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A has always been a favorite, but this location really stands out. The staff is amazing, super friendly, and the service is fast. What I loved most is the kids’ play area – it makes the visit even more fun for families. Kids can enjoy their meal and play at the same time! Also, there’s plenty of parking with a big lot, which makes everything easier. Overall, a great place to enjoy good food and family time!

Located Menlo Park Mall food court. Usually good service and food from Chick-fil-A. It can sometimes get busy so I recommend placing a mobile older before arriving. Even then there may be a slight wait still but not too bad.

A staff called my name wrong. When I corrected him, he laughed. Also got my drink wrong. I have never seen a chick fil a staff this unprofessional. I will never come back to this chick fil a again.

SIMPLY LOVED THIS RESTAURANT!! We came here for the first time and loved everything about it except the parking (at first) their parking lot is quiet big but still no where to park. then the mystery was solved of 'no parking' This place has great customer service, a small play area for children, clean and spacious seating, delicious food, and outdoor seating as well. I loved the idea of fresh flowers on each table. For the first time in my life I got the spicy chicken sandwich which was super delicious and looked SAME as the picture on their menu or on their website. The chicken strips we ordered were mouthwatering plus loved the complementary ice cream at the end. I would definitely recommend this place if you love juicy, spicy, delis chicken sandwich.

Ordered on the app, when I arrived I was asked to wait in the front for 2 minutes and my food would be brought to my car. I waited for about 12 minutes before going inside. When I finally got to work I realized 8/8 sandwiches I ordered were wrong. I tried calling to speak to a manager but no one answered so I left a message. I still haven’t heard from them. This was 2 weeks ago, super unprofessional.
