Worst Wendy’s in Lake County. Food always has an issue food was cold cheese not melted. Has to get fresh fries immediately and my meal was just disappointing all the way thru. Casper didn’t even speak or look me in the face. Horrible food horrible service

Wendy’s provides quality fast food burgers. The taste is going to be better than McDonald’s and Burger King, no doubt about that. I had the Pretzel Baconator, which is a bacon double cheeseburger with a pretzel bun. It was very good and the pretzel bun definitely was a plus. I would say that the double patties were a bit much and a single is probably a better balance of flavors. Additionally, I got the Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger, which was a crazy burger. Double patties, some roasted corn, an assortment of other nacho toppings, and cheese on the bun. In my opinion, the flavors did not all pop and some of the toppings just felt like a waste of space. This could again be because of the double patties instead of single, but I recommend just going with a regular Baconator and you will always be

This location used to be a Rockstar. But somewhere around end of 2024 it all went downhill. Not sure if it was sold, but staff that had been there for years are all gone. New staff can't get orders right and the food is now terrible. This location has gone from one of the best to one of the worst in both service and food. Edit - just looked it up and yes, the whole strip mall including the Wendy's was sold in October 2024, right about the time this location went down the toilet drain. Another good example of investors ruining everthing they touch.

What happened to Wendy’s chicken nuggets? I always look forward to having their delicious super soft, chunky chicken nuggets. Today I got chicken nuggets and they are a little flat, not chunky and not very soft 😔

I don’t know what happened to this place but my husband and I had a horrible experience. Food cold, staff mediocre, restaurant needs a good cleaning. Skip it
