Wendy's

Got up to the drive thru order menu and had to wait ten minutes before anyone took the order - super simple baconator combo and two extra drinks, no special toppings or anything. Pulled up, paid, and waited another fifteen minutes to get the food! Absolutely terrible. A drive thru with no cars in front of you shouldn't take 30 minutes!!! I won't be going back here, there plenty of other places nearby.

Worst and most inefficient Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Someone needs to lose franchise rights for letting this place be horribly mismanaged to the point simple orders off peak hours take 15mins or more to get through a drive thru. Incredibly inefficient and unable to process more than a single order at a time. Literally asking people to wait to order until the previous order is fulfilled to completion . Could not recommend any lower, go anywhere else!

Took me over 45 minutes to get my biggie bag and my frosties, the frosties sat and melted until they handed me it. The only competent and sober employee was a teenager who seemed new, great job kid. What the helly? I’d rather go to Arby’s now.

I have gone to this wendys for 6 months at least twice a week & it's always something. I put in my mobile order early by 30-45 minutes everytime & still have to pull up & wait 30 mins for it to be done. Meanwhile people who order at the drive through get their bags right away. They make you wait for food that isnt even fresh. What's the point in waiting? I have never had a good experience here. I was also told by a coworker that they have a relative working here that drops food & serves it anyway. I will be call the BBB (better business bureau) this week. This is ridiculous.

Updated review 1 ⭐️ to a 5 ⭐️ 1/9/26 #1 combo and nuggets. Split between my husband and I. Only car in drive through. Food was HOT and FRESH! Came up in a timely manner. Staff was friendly. Thank you! Must be a difference of staff working.
