Wendy's

They often forget items I order and give attitude when I have to drive all the way back WITH my receipt to pick up what’s missing. They also never give sauces. Every time I ask they give me negative attitudes. I’ll spend like 30-50$ on food and then they want to give me only ONE sauce of my choosing. Sometimes they even want to charge me for sauces !! I should at least be able to receive enough for what was ordered and paid for. Especially considering half my order is usually missing. Please do better. Eating out is a luxury and privilege these days and sometimes getting off work this late- options are limited.

Food is great every time. It’s the service that is lacking. They tend to be rude and sound miserable. There’s probably only one person that is ever decent. My question and concern is HOW are you guys going to start charging for sauces and not put them in the bag. I checked thinking I’m good because sometimes they’re hidden underneath but I got home and there’s nothing. Mind you they also tend to leave the window right away right after handing you everything so you can’t ask them for anything until you can wave someone down.

Went to this Wendy’s today and the ladies in the drive thru clearly didn’t want to work. No coffee for some reason and then after I purchased 2 combos and spent 30 bucks they refused to give me a single sauce without paying extra. How do you refuse to provide a sauce with 2 meals with fries that the customer spent $30 on? They were rude about it too and that made zero sense. Not going back here again and I was going often.

Food was good but only warm enough to stay warm to take a bite or two. It would've stayed warmer for longer if it hadn't been that there was no heat in the dinning area and folks had to wear their coats. One of the two soda machines worked. To recap..the food was good but warm, the dinning room was very cold and it was uncomfortable to eat so we had to rush and eat, one soda machines wasn't stocked with all the drinks and the other wasn't working althought on and finally the dinning area wasn't clean while all the staff was in the warm kitchen. Would I come here to eat in- maybe, only becuase there is a mcdonalds across the street but if you're doing drive through then I guess its okay.

The young man and woman working on the night of 11/3/25 are always lazy and rude at this location. Refused to remake an uber eats order stolen by another person, even with the Uber agent calling them to request a remake. Horrible attitude as always.
