I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars at this store over the years on major equipment fryers, refrigeration, and other machinery. The inventory is good, but the pricing practices are a serious problem. Pricing decisions appear to be entirely controlled by the manager, Nabil, and they are wildly inconsistent. Long-time customers who consistently purchase large-ticket items are routinely charged full price with little to no flexibility, while other customers receive immediate discounts on the same equipment. This isn’t about negotiation it’s about selective pricing and lack of transparency. Favoritism in pricing, especially when handled at the management level, destroys trust and drives loyal customers elsewhere. To be clear, this feels like a management issue, not an ownership issue. Stumbled upon this place, absolute monster of a warehouse I met with Bryan the place was closing. He walked me around patiently as my excitement got the best of me. I literally didn't even know what I wanted for my Deli pizzeria until I met with him and he showed me some ideas solidified the deal and save me a ton of money. I can't believe how local this place is to me and how useful and knowledgeable the staff is.

Good price and a lot of items they have it. People who work here are very kind and helpful. Really helpful and always in stock
