Wendy's

You'd think after waiting in line for so long that the food would, at the very least, be fresh. NOT 🚫 mold. cold. vomit-ocious 🤮🤮🤮 whole bag goes in the trash

The Wendy's at 4037 Mayfield Rd is the worst of them all. It is extremely mismanaged. The service is terrible and the delivery service is just as bad. They often fail to put the entire order in the bag but won't refund the money. When attempts to contact them are made, there is no reply. This will be my last time going to Wendy's.

I go to order tenders and ask them to be made fresh and some girl gives me an attitude about it so i just leave out the drive through! This was at 4:18 am on 2/14! Her attitude dont belong in Wendy's. dave would fire her!

They always get the combo sizes wrong or forget a part of my order and there's no way to get a refund for mobile pickup orders. Drive thru is insanely slow, usually takes 20-30 minutes, so plan for that, even when doing mobile pickup. Today i was given a small fry when I ordered and paid for a large combo and my burger wrapper was torn open before I unwrapped it, not to mention the eggshell I just pulled out of the burger. It just keeps getting worse

Big shout out to the woman working this afternoon. I think her name is Soraya. I rarely see anyone working hard at their customer service job (and it is often thankless long days of work). She was fast!
