Hibachi One

They have a serious problem with positive consistency in customer service. One lady is nice as can be and most helpful but sometimes she relays questions to a lady that’s apparently “in charge”. This lady has been outright rude over the phone and extremely dismissive in person for simple questions and requests. I will not be giving any more of my money to any entity that doesn’t value customer service. I advise others to evaluate how they’re being treated while in THIS establishment. Good food is devalued from a rotten source.

The fried rice was good. Ordered the Cream Cheese Rolls....would NOT order again, from here. It has imitation crab. I don't even eat crab at all. It would be appropriate to let customers know there's imitation crab in it.

You don't come here to eat in the restaurant. This is takeout only. I've only ever ordered one thing in the ~8 years I've been coming here, chicken yakisoba. Hits the spots every time. Where do I start… Customer service sucks the lady at the window don’t say thank you look up nor hand you back cash or cc instead sits it on the counter w/ attitude. The food mid no vegetables 1 broccoli per order and chopped up in small pieces zucchini starch rice. Dedes so much better favorable and big portions and the owner is so nice. It’s time to ban this spot since they becoming so rude and nasty like we owe them something. Won’t be back!! Quality over Price any day and they not it .

I used to come here quite often and I would always order the cream cheese egg rolls because they did not contain crab or fish, which I am SEVERELY ALLERGIC TO!! I have to carry an Epipen because of this. When I ordered it previously it was only cream cheese, inside of an eggroll wrapper. This evening my sisters and I decided to stop in as we hadn't had any in a long time. My sister went in to get the order and when she got to the car we bit into the egg rolls. Instantly I knew something was wrong. I looked closer and saw the imitation crab. The menu clearly states cream cheese egg roll, not crab eggroll. My sister went back in thinking that they had mistakenly given her the wrong egg rolls. The lady said to her very rudely."There's no crab, it's imitation crab". My sister tried to expl
