Grille 55

Stopped here for the first time on Sunday for dinner. Ordered to-go... lamb chops, macaroni and cheese, and yams. Temperature of food was excellent, Everything was seasoned well...tastes great. Compliments to the chef fr! Parking is tight. There were cars double parked, which is why I ordered take out. I will be a repeat customer.

During our recent visit from Toronto, Ontario, we had the pleasure of dining at Grille 55 in South Euclid, Ohio, upon a friend’s recommendation. The atmosphere was amazing, creating a warm and inviting setting for our meal. The service was quick, and the waitresses were polite, enhancing our overall dining experience. For our meal, we enjoyed the salmon, shrimp and chicken finger dishes.All were cooked to perfection, with the seafood tasting fresh and flavourful. The portions were generous, leaving us thoroughly satisfied. Overall, our experience at Grille 55 was delightful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone seeking great food and a pleasant atmosphere in South Euclid.

We sat ourselves and waited 10 min for someone to come over and acknowledge us. The waitress brought us the menus and got us water. We had to ask for the drink menu. Neither menu had non-alcoholic options. I got the lemon drop that tasted like plain lemonade. Smh. When she came back we ordered. I got the fried green tomatoes for an app, Ceasar salad and the steak with veggies over rice. My husband got the fried calamari and catfish dinner. His mashed potatoes were not mashed, just big chunks of potato mixed in with a small amount of mash. The server brought all of my food out at the same time. Smh, so I already knew my entree was going to be cold because I had other food to eat first. I asked for well done steak and received med well steak. Perhaps more professional servers are needed. Long waits for the return of food and drinks. The Lemon drop was pretty tasty but not worth $16. That's a ridiculous price for a cocktail with only Ciroc and triple sec. Keep in mind, that no drink prices are listed. If they don't want to list the price then they must feel it's just as ridiculous. The Lobster bites tasted like they were frozen and fried. The dip should have been house-made like a lemon aioli with dill. Broccoli needs green or Lawry's seasoning, not just butter, it was bland. The garlic mash could have used some cracked black pepper and parsley. Then the server added 18% because we were with a large party, however, her tip was more than the price of my drink and 3 times what it was worth for the service, an hour wait on wings? O

Ordered some burgers, yams and chicken tenders. Everything came out great!!! Not overcooked, fries were pretty & hot not greasy! Yams were sweet but not overly. Waitress was very kind as well. There is 18% gratuity already added to bill (party of 2) so be mindful if sitting down to eat. Would definitely come back to try other things on menu👏🏼
