Dede's Hibachi Express

I went on a Tuesday around 12pm. We ordered XL steak and shrimp hibachi and regular chicken hibachi. The food was hot and delicious. The portions were amazing. The steak wasn't tuff and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. The chicken was great as well. Both dishes come with 2 sauces of your choice, noodles, rice, zucchini, and onions. I really like the food at this location. I definitely recommend eating here.

This experience was completely unacceptable, and what makes it worse is that the owner personally approved the disrespect. I ordered a vegetable hibachi from DeDe’s, which is supposed to include onions, carrots, broccoli, zucchini, and mushrooms. I asked to substitute mushrooms for onions and was told it would cost extra. I declined and simply asked for the mushrooms on the side. When I got home, there were NO onions anywhere — not in the meal, not on the side, nowhere. I called the restaurant calmly to address the mistake. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, I was told I could drive all the way back just to get a small container of onions after already being home. When I explained that was unreasonable, the owner told the employee to hang up on me — and they did. That tells me

Our go-to hibachi spot! The food is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Even with takeout, everything is packed well and still hot when we get home. This is my wife’s favorite hibachi place, and it never disappoints. Highly recommend! 🔥🍤🍚

Didi’s is one of the most professional places I have been to in a while! We always order a large order for my job and he is always prompt and pleasant! Food is always great Highly recommend when in the mood for Hibachi or just something as simple as crab Rangoon

Food is amazing and he gives plenty of it! He was the head chef at Wasabi and left to start his own. When we found out about it, we followed to try it out. Safe to say, same quality food for a great price. Automatic 5 stars!!
