Wendy's

Last night I went through the drive thru with a mobile app order. Didn't get my 6 pc nuggets, but I got the sauce. She handed me my frosty and my coke, and then she added a Lemonade, and I took a second to make sure it was not mine... When she came back to the window, I told her that the drink was not mine, and nodded my head towards the car behind me and told her that she is really not supposed to take it back through the window (infection prevention and cross contamination); would YOU want your drink after it's been in the car in front of you for at least a minute? She smiled and took the drink back from my car and into the drive thru window 🤦🏼‍♀️... The fries were hard and overcooked, probably been under the hot lamp too long, definitely not fresh. Was there the first day they opened. Was VERY busy which was to be expected. Ordered our food at the kiosk. Took 15-20 minutes but keep in mind it's their first day open, and maybe some of these workers (who looked young) it could be their first job. I asked for no mayo on my baconater, and my son didn't want onions or pickles on his. Well I got mayo and he got pickles and onions. 1st day not a big deal. He just took it off and I just dealt with it. It was still delicious. Fries were hot, fresh and crispy. Nuggets were awesome. Frostys were awesome. Friendly staff. A worker even checked up on us while we were eating to see how everything was and asked if we needed anything. No real complaints here.

I’m really disappointed with the salad I got from Wendy’s. For over $8, I expected a fresh, filling salad, but it was basically a small handful of lettuce. The quality just didn’t match the price at all. I usually enjoy Wendy’s, but this definitely missed the mark.

WARNING: Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid This Wendy’s at All Cost I visited the Wendy’s located at 7898 Bradley Long Dr, Sherrills Ford, NC, and it was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had in any restaurant – fast food or otherwise. The employee who took my order was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of basic courtesy, I was met with attitude and disrespect. The behavior was so unacceptable that I asked for a full refund and refused to take the food. That’s how bad it was – I would rather leave hungry than be treated that way. I totally give up on this place. This was the 4th or fifth time I have been here since they opened a few months ago and it will be my last. The AI ordering system sucks and constantly over talks you. The food is bland and soggy. This morning, I was there 10 minutes after they opened and was told they were taking card only because the drawer needed to be counted down. Isn't that the reason the manager is supposed to get there early to do things like this? I love Wendy's, but this place is destined to fail.
