Cook Out

You want a double chocolate shake, how about chocolate cherry instead. You like your fries fresh or half fresh and half 8 hours old or burnt? Do you want anything other than a coke, sorry only coke for you? How about your burger do you like it done, of course not! Raw burger for you! Cook Out Sherrills Ford out here batting 1000. The kids running the place are nice enough but slow down and do your job right or else the end result is this chaos meal Im having right now. Managed to eat the 3 nuggets (no sauce), and some of the fries. Solid 1 star!

Horrible, horrible and horrible … Food was cold, fries were undercooked, Lettuce if that’s what you want to call it, was rotten! Then they left out part of our order AGAIN !! Three strikes your out with me. Notice the service has NO stars… Have ate there more than once but for the last three visits they have forgotten part of the order! I m not impressed with the service nor the food. Will not be back!

I had gone in to try to order myself a milkshake a simple milkshake. I had sat there for good three minutes waiting for at least a response and I know the speaker had definitely given them a notification that we were there and instead of giving us a hey we’re closed early we were ignored until 12:01am I don’t know what time they closed today but the website had said 1:00 and instead of response on the mic we got yelled at I know they could have quickly turned that mic on to tell us they were closed I think it was honestly very rude and upsetting

Update: The owners responded to my review asking me to call them. I did so, and it quickly became abundantly clear talking to them why there is a problem at this location. What a waste of good real estate. Dropped score by one star. First trip to the newer drive through. Very friendly young lady at the window. It was about 4:30 pm. Food was immediate which concerned me a bit. Both burgers were overcooked and dried out, buns were stale on top and fries were luke warm. Oh well.

Went through the drive through twice, order was wrong both times. Parked and went up to the order window, stood there for about ten minutes and nobody came to the window (although they acknowledged us) went around to the actual drive through window, girl rudely said “we weren’t allowed to come through the drive through without a car” but yet we were ignored at the walk up window They definitely need to either train employees better or have somebody outside taking orders because there is a lot of miscommunication going on but beware when we went around the second time they took the original sandwiches and just put the extra toppings on top instead of making fresh, when we asked for a refund they took the sandwiches back again and gave us the refund safe to say I wouldn’t come back here unt
