Neighbors 828

The food and signature cocktails change seasonally. This makes Neighbors 828 a fun place to come back to. We keep visiting to try new drinks and foods. The service was amazing. The bartender even came out to our table to personally ask if we liked our drinks. Check out their dessert counter before you leave!! We usually eat outside but ate inside this time due to the cold NC winter weather. My only suggestion would be to lower the ceiling in the dining room for a more cozy atmosphere. The high ceiling in the bar area is beautiful. Please don't change that. Perhaps Just lower it in the dining area?? I can't wait to try the winter/ holiday menu. When will it be coming out? We'll be back soon....

Loved the mozzarella bites! The panko coating was flavored with rosemary, which was super yummy! The meatballs were ginormous! Our whole family enjoyed the excellent food and superb service. We will be back soon!

I have been looking for an amazing pizza for YEARS! Neighbors 828 delivered! Perfect crust, delicious sauce toppings cooked to perfection. My husband had the fried mozzarella burger and said it was delicious. The patty itself was at least 1/2" thick. The picture shows at least half the burger eaten and only 1/4 of the fries left. Matt, the bartender seated us and was our server. He was absolutely amazing.

Stopped by Neighbors 828 after church one Sunday. The place was not very crowded but that didn't matter to us. We were seated right away and the service was good. We went with a Triple Berry Summer Salad along with the Caesar Salad with Chicken. Food came out quickly and tasted good. We will definitely be back again!

UPDATE: We gave the place another try (January 2026) and it was much better. We even had the same waiter and he was so much nicer and attentive. Tried the meatballs again and they were better. Pizza was still on point. Super awkward that the waiter remembered me as I remembered him so we definitely left an impression on each other. Definitely improved and redemptive second try. Service was terrible. It was lunch time on Mother's Day weekend. I'm not sure if they didn't staff correctly but our server was MIA most of the time. It took 15-20 minutes for the garlic knot appetizer to come out and they were greasy and hard. We had to get our own set ups and after the food finally came out, we never saw our server again. My kid needed more to drink but sat there with nothing for a while. When I
