Pizza Hut

My experience here was pretty meh. I ordered two large pizzas—one with cheese and crisp pepperoni, and the other without cheese but with pepperoni. Both pizzas were hard and unpleasant to eat. The crust on the cheese pizza was not even edible, and the no-cheese pizza was also hard with burnt pepperonis and barely any sauce. When I called to ask about a replacement, I was told that remaking it with more marinara sauce wouldn’t make a difference—which I know isn’t true, since I’ve ordered the same thing from other Pizza Hut locations and from places like Domino’s without these issues. There was plenty of sauce on it too, which mattered since the person eating it is lactose intolerant. They did allow me to switch it out for double breadsticks by bringing the pizza back, which I appreciated.

We ordered a few pizzas since we were having friends over for the weekend. The pizzas came with no sauce on them. Disappointed but accidents happen. They gave us a credit for our order. We placed another order tonight, and of course, half our order came out wrong. One pizza was missing half the toppings we requested, and half the cheese and toppings had slid off the pizza and were now toppings on the box instead. We had to scoop them back onto the pizza. At this point, we're just not going to order from them ever again.

This place is very clean and safe, I never worried that something might be wrong. Employees are friendly and kind and always ready to help. Every time I come back for my favorite pizza

I order at this location all the time because I live down the road & my daughter works at a nearby restaurant so it's convenient to pick up when I pick her up after her shift. I'm not going to lie my pizza has been wrong multiple multiple times. It's still good. But isn't always right. But we all make mistakes so I keep coming back, the customer service and the employees are always amazing. I ordered online tonight and for some reason the breadsticks did not go through on the online order. That's on me. I placed the order. It wasn't on there. I own up to my faults. . However when I went in to get my order the two guys working were quick to fix me up even though I'm sure I probably annoyed them, because I didn't know it didn't go through. If I ordered a "mystery box" pizza and didn't know what to expect, I probably would have been ok. The problem was that I ordered a specific pizza and received a completely different one with only half the toppings. Perhaps Pizza Hut noticed the winter weight I put on and was trying to save me some calories? Or perhaps this location enjoys surprises? Based on other reviews, I think it's the latter. Last weekend we moved into a new place, and at the height of exhaustion and starvation decided pizza would be the quickest and easiest way to have dinner.
