I don’t care about the quality of anything from this store. An older, clearly injured, older woman was struggling to pick up one of her drinks that an employee INTENTIONALLY left on the ground outside of her car, not only after leaving it in front of her door where she parked, but also told the woman they would not hand it to her for so she could set it down in her vehicle. She had to pull her vehicle forward just to be able to even open the door because of where they sat the cup. My friend had to get out of her vehicle and help this woman after seeing the entire incident. This is completely unacceptable and we shouldn’t be supporting businesses that allow their employees to treat customers this way. I honestly do not understand why people say such bad stuff about the place. I go to eat here pretty often since I first got in Shallotte in 2019 and I never had any problems that worth to mention. Yes, some small things happen that are common in small country locations like this. But overall it is my favorite fast-food in the area, very good menu and food is high-quality no doubts. Bakonator fries, Pretzel burger, Dave's triple, chili soup, baked potato, salads! Yum-yum! :)

They gave me old nuggets that came out of the bottom of the bag since they didn’t want to make fresh ones. Cashiers and workers aren’t very nice would rate zero stars if I could

I don’t even give yall one star…. I ordered a chicken blt and got home and my sandwich just had mayo. Mayo!!!!! Out of the the bacon and the lettuce and tomato!!!! Yall had a sign on the window says you did have lettuce for the sandwich but where was my bacon I paid for!?!? And my freaking tomato. Yall suck! This is the second time I have had trouble with yall. Last time I couldn’t even place my order cause someone told me yall were closed at 12:30 when you don’t close til 2am. I just wanted to let yall know about y’all selves since you can’t seem to answer the phone! Yall suck!!!!!!

Worst fast food I have ever had. Hamburgers were as cold as the tomato, Fries were not fresh and the window person had a cold. All food went in to trash. Do not recommend at all.
