7 Brew Coffee

7 Brew has become my absolute favorite coffee shop! The coffee is amazing and the employees are even more amazing!! Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel like you’ve known them forever! They make this more of an experience than just getting your coffee!! I love coming here!! I always get a pup cup for my dog Emma and she absolutely enjoys her drink as well! It’s our little morning tradition.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a drive thru. I ordered 3 medium drinks and left a tip. Was given a small. They didn’t ring me up for the first drink so had to be charged twice. No big deal, but inconvenient. They remade the small to a medium by adding ice to the cup. Asked to toss my 7B cup from the day before and they refused to take it and while trying to hand it to them slipped out of my hand. They then proceeded to hand me drinks dripping from the sides while they had clearly wiped down everyone else’s drinks with towels. After asking for them to wipe the leaky cups they offered to put it in a new cup and give more napkins. I interacted with 4 different employees who were all incredibly rude and incompetent. Been twice since it opened and loved it! Staff are great, friendly, and patient when ordering. Don’t forget about their specials (I.e., free shirts with large drink purchase and bracelets). Check them out on Facebook and make sure to sign up with your phone number when you order. Also offer dog treats and free pup cups (whip cream)!

Last night around 6:00 pm me and a couple of my friends went to 7 brew after having dinner for a sweet treat because who wouldn’t. The girl with the heart shirt and long nails (which we loved, they were like a black French tip) was killing it! She went down the line taking orders and after she was done taking our order she ran back inside. We didn’t think too much of it but when we got to the front we saw her making drinks and we were rooting her on. We don’t know who she is but we are heading back today to see her. She is an absolute diva and we love her. On a side note the boy that was outside we weren’t a big fan of him. He didn’t talk and was complaining about going home.
