Wendy's

Just waited 15 minutes for our food and wasn’t even given the right burger? They only had maybe 5 orders on the screen and one was already done. Also a girl in regular clothes and no hair net just walked in the kitchen and started cooking. They were also actively watching a girl hit her vape in the area near the counter and just… let her do that lol. Crazy, we will never come back to this establishment and corporate should definitely look into this location.

Just waited 20 minutes in the drive through, got a spicy chicken sandwich that tasted like it was yesterday's leftovers, the fries were cold as if they just came out of a refrigerator, service was rude as can be. Wife's Burger was cold and half raw. With what looked to be month old lettuce and tomato. Absolutely not acceptable.

Great recovery from poor breakfast experience last visit. Apple pecan salad was tasty as always, chicken freshly cooked. Chili hit the spot on a cold night. Prompt service with a smile.

I can't understand it. Why give me raw bacon instead of being honest and saying there will be a wait? I would have gladly waited. Then giving me burnt leftovers scooped from bottom of bacon warmer on the other sandwich? I worked at Wendy's for 5 years....it was my first job and I have never ever seen a store send out raw bacon. This is a management issue, not a staff issue.

Can't comment on the interior as we always do drive thru, but this Wendy's in particular is outstanding. Their employees deserve either a raise or to move to tipped positions with the customer service, definitely not what you expect from an hourly drive thru pay position. And no matter the time (though a special shout out to the night crew) the food is always hot. More than I can say for MANY other Wendy's locations. I hope the employee performance is directly correlated to management appreciation and assistance! But 5 stars!!
