Dunkin'

I stopped at Dunkin' Donuts today on 7201 GA Highway in Port Wentworth, GA, on my way to see my daughter. I had one blueberry crushed top muffin and one SnackBacon with a MangoPineapple Refresher Lemonade. The young lady greeted me, but the muffin's top was extremely hard, and the bacon was severely burned and should have been discarded. I will not stop there again while passing through.

Let’s get into it. First time being here, I know all menus, names are different from all coffee places ..but I was lost…. but knew the taste I was trying to achieve. The worker was so nice and understood and helped me remake a coffee (she made it) to my liking, thank you. The donuts were super fresh as well. Very clean store, the atmosphere is calm,and very welcoming 🥰

Can honestly say I never have a positive experience here. Today was the last straw when I waited 10 minutes in line only for them to Make me repeat three times my order, Repeat almond milk, three times despite me asking for skim milk, and then tell me that they had no skim milk and then laugh about it. People have allergies. People have dietary needs. This is the fourth or fifth time that I’ve gone to this location and they were out of skim milk. Horrible service.

The worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. The service is terrible. I ordered my coffee hot and sent it back because it was cold, and they gave it to me cold again with the excuse that the machine was broken. They also didn't have any sandwiches available. I recommend they be a little friendlier to customers and improve the cleanliness of their areas.

Sky was very pleasant. She recommended that I conne t to their free wifi to be able to get to my rewards. She said its not rush and to take my time. She was friendly with other coworkers, reminding the mother to forget cinnamon ontop of the latte. Thank you sky.
