The meat was perfectly tender—fall-off-the-bone good—and soaked in a rich, well-balanced curry that wasn’t overpowering but still packed with depth and warmth. Every bite tasted like it had been simmering just long enough to let the flavors fully develop. The oxtails were a standout. Nice, meaty portions, well seasoned, and cooked until tender without being mushy. You definitely get your money’s worth here. While the dish was a little on the greasy side, it didn’t take away from the overall experience—it’s that classic, indulgent Caribbean comfort food that still hits the spot. Caribbean Fireside Restaurant absolutely delivered! I ordered two dishes—jerk chicken and oxtails—and both were unforgettable. The jerk chicken had that perfect balance of smoky heat and bold seasoning, with tender meat that fell right off the bone. The oxtails? Rich, savory, and slow-cooked to perfection. Each bite was comfort food at its finest. The rice and peas were flavorful, the plantains were sweet and golden a refreshing island touch. You can taste the love and tradition in every plate. If you're craving real island flavor, Caribbean Fireside is a must. I’ll be back soon… and I might just order both again!

I was having rough day and I stopped in and was served this magnificent lunch. This is one of the best curry goats I’ve had in quite a long time. I’m in trouble because I live less than three minutes from here and I’ll more than likely be back tomorrow… and the next day 😋

Walking into Fireside Caribbean Restaurant is like stepping straight into the islands, vibrant, warm, and full of good vibes. The ambiance immediately sets the tone with island music flowing and a laid-back, tropical feel that makes you want to stay a while. Now let’s talk about the food, it was wow! I had the oxtail plate today, and it was amazing. The flavors were rich, and delicious. Everything was fresh and served hot, with just the right amount of spice to wake up your taste buds. The entire menu is stacked with goodness from jerk, curry, roti and more. The Fireside fresh juices are a must-try. Seriously, they’re fire, I can still taste the ginger. Whether you’re dining in at a high top or taking your food to go, you’re in for a treat. The staff is friendly, the service is pleasant

I just ate here for the first time and I love it. Generous portions, flavorful food, delicious thick beef pattys and reasonable prices. I'll definitely be back.
