Why did a request for no pickles or lettuce turn into 3 times the necessary tartar sauce? Why does one have to request napkins for a drive-through order?

Wendys in Petal is the best! You all deserve the best and so much more. BTW they already had all ordered food prepared so that's how they was able to take pictures.

Chicken sandwiches are good, especially the BLT one. Fries are fair-tasting. Parking lot looked clean when went through drive thru. Employees did well

They never make the food right or are consistent. Ordered the bacon and cheese fries and it was later at night. I came one time during the day and got it and they crumbled the bacon and I liked it but when I came later a different day they just threw the whole pieces of bacon on the cheese fries. The bacon was chewy and I couldn’t even eat it. I also ordered a chili and decided to give them another chance on it because before me and my husband both got uncooked beans in our chili. Sure enough I got to the bottom of the cup of chili and got some crunchy beans and had to spit out. Really just turned me off from eating there anymore. I don’t think they really care what they give you so I won’t be back because this isn’t the first bad experience I had. I never had a problem with going to Wendy

The ladies their know what I want they take the time to speak to you.as they have to be harassed by one customer. That is all ways complaining that it's cold.i finally had to as because he directed comet at me.so I ask if they are so bad why keep coming here.as he said because im going to change things here.and I answered if they are that bad I wouldn't keep spending my money here.my hats of to the breakfast crew.i go by every morning and all they do is try to plz this man.i feel sorry for those ladies to have to deal with that as soon as they open.
