Ward's

Asked for chili dogs to go chili on side they had to up charge for the tiny plastic cup! I didn’t care about the charge but the fear in the eyes of the employees to keep from (getting in trouble) hummm Also after order I thought maybe I’d try the seasoned fries but they would have to rerun the card for the up charge humm , If owners are so worried about the smallest charge maybe there is something much larger affecting this customer service experience! Wards never had these problems before new owners! Who cares about the insignificant cost difference but to have to worry about the cost of a small plastic cup the size of a condiment container! You should not make your employees fear you over something so small!

Enjoy getting my chilli dog combos. Extra mayo makes it so delicious 😋 and delightful 🙂🙂 without the onion 🧅 and mustard.

I used to avoid this Wards because it was so unfriendly. I actually went in on a whim and was so glad the customer service is a MILLION TIMES better. The food is, of course, fast food but a lot better than the major chains. It's friendly, cozy, and a great place to grab a quick bite or to have a sit down meal.

Every time I come to Wards there’s some type of problem but today sealed the deal. Before ordering, I requested my military discount as always, unfortunately the cashier forgot to add it so I inquired at the window. She stated to the manager the issue which wasn’t that big of a deal to correct. The manager who was leaning asking the bagging area made the comment with the most ugliness way of being a manager, “She didn’t ask for it at the speaker, I didn’t hear her! That’s your void!” I understand employees are hard to keep these days but bc of her rude attitude, Wards will see a decline just like they did a couple of years ago.

Went to get breakfast and lady kept talking over me. They use to ask how you want your platter not they dont and went i tried to tell them both the cashier and im guessing the manager talked over me. They fixed it but manager seemed to have an attitude about it. They said very condescending we are allowed to ask questions.
