Chili's Grill & Bar

I really have been going back and forth with posting this but i do t know how to get in touch with corporate. I came in Sunday with my family like we do often and I ended up with a new server I'm not sure of her name but she has really short faded purple hair. She just gave us a really bad experience. She seemed really all over the place. She left at one point almost in tears and we didn't see her for a few minutes. She had a strong smell of alcohol like it was coming out of her clothes almost. She just seemed out of sorts. I overheard her saying that God was getting on her nerves to another server. I come to chili's to spend money and enjoy time with my family. I also understand people have lives outside of their job but as a customer I do not want to hear about it. I just want managemen

Our waitress was exceptional in her service.

We had an excellent experience at this Chili’s tonight! The hostess was cordial. Kristin, our server, was friendly, informative, and efficient. She anticipated our needs and was very attentive. The food was served quickly and was fresh and delicious. I also must recognize Daniel, the guy bussing tables. He is such a hard worker! He was doing a great job and did it with a pleasant attitude, with attention to detail. We spoke to the manager because we were so impressed with Daniel. The team members all worked together to create a positive experience for the diners. This was the best Chili’s I’ve ever visited! We will be back!!

We had a wonderful experience at the Chili’s in Petal, Mississippi. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted great, and the staff was absolutely awesome—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. Everything came together to make it an enjoyable visit. We’ll definitely be back!

I ordered wings and you could definitely tell they had been in the freezer for a long time, if not just not covered. Very dry. Beer was fresh and good, server was excellent.
