Wendy's

My family and I picked up dinner from here this evening. We ordered 3 meals and a few miscellaneous goodies. I was really impressed with how neatly arranged everything in the bag was! From the order each item was placed, the sauces correctly correlating to each specific order, to the way the sandwiches were neatly wrapped and presented, it really was impressive to see. The quality and quantity of the food did not disappoint either. Everything was hot, fresh, and had a generous portion size. Excellent value for the money! The staff was polite and courteous. 10/10! We'll be sure to return! Thank you for the meal! :)

I ordered a bacon double stack biggie bag and the double stack was pathetic. Two thinnest beef patties I ever saw and it only had a couple of broken pieces of bacon. It had like one dab of ketchup. No mayonnaise or mustard. Very dry. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the burger and the lack of presentation. My fries were cold and stale. As if they had been sitting under the heat lamp too long. It had been quite a while since I had eaten here and now I remember why. The only part of my meal that wasn’t disappointing was the chocolate frosty.

Best Wendy’s to date. The food was ready fast, and the lady was very pleasant.

Went twice in one week for the kids something special, first time the lady handing us food wasnt very pleasent and forgot something but the second time we went it was fantastic and the employees were much nicer.

The shift manager got upset and annoyed that we wanted to change the spicy chicken sandwich for a non spicy one. I had ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese. The cashier asked me if I wanted spicy I said no. She said, what, spicy? I said Classic louder. Upon my wife taking two bites she said is this spicy? I said it shouldn't be. After another minute she said I can't really handle this. I said that's fine, shouldn't be an issue since they gave me the wrong one. I went up front and they asked me to bring the wrong one up front. Which I don't really see why that is needed. The manager looked very annoyed and said just give it to him with an attitude. I asked, what is the issue. We didn't even order this. She said you ate some of it with more attitude. What sort of manager is t
