Jack's Family Restaurant

Never seen or been in a Jacks and so glad we stopped! Clean warm friendly atmosphere and super friendly staff at This LaFayette location! The food was good! Chicken mashed potatoes and green beans with biscuit and a burger fries and nuggets. All good. Fireplace going and decor warm and inviting. Que was a joy and Amelia was a doll.

Ever since this place opened in LaFayette we come here a LOT. I've become acquainted with the manager Kyle and assistant manager Emily. They have catered for our church twice, we have a group that meets there every Sunday after church and we pop in during the week. Every visit has been exceptional. Emily and Kyle are exceptional. Before Jack's came to LaFayette we visited the other stores close to us but we are very lucky to have the best one anywhere around.

We bought a family pack for the Grands who turn their noses up at turnip greens and black eyed peas, lol! Alexis took our order and she was great! Great attitude and she made sure everything was correct. Kitchen staff was on top of their game, food was piping hot and fresh!

Almost every time we get an order at drive thru, something is not right. The ticket shows it correct but what is in the bag is wrong. I think they need to hire people who can read. We know better than to not check the bag before we leave. My husband did not check my grandsons chicken sandwich which was on the order ticket correct, plain, add mayo. He had to scrape lettuce and tomato off when he got home. The food quality is also not as good as it should be. Sometimes chicken is too spicy hot and they have actually had no chicken cooked up to order, left our hash rounds out of the bag and put gravy on potatoes when ordered without. Needless to say we choose other places to eat. Biscuits are often dry and hard, too

Today my husband and I used my points at lunch. Then our grandson came by after he got out of school. He wanted Zaxbys but I told him I had some chicken fingers free on the app for Jacks. They were redeemable in the store. I went inside and Kyle the General Manager assisted me. He and I figured out it takes the app 23 hrs to update. Kyle gave me some chicken fingers free and fried to keep me from going to Zaxbys because my app would not update. I bought my coke. He was very friendly, it was a learning experience for us both. Thank you Kyle!
